membership enrollment

  • Membership starts after first initial service

  • Valid ID and Credit Card

  • Club memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable

  • Facials do not roll over month to month (must use or lose policy)

  • VIP memberships require a 12 month contract. Your membership is auto-renewal after 12 months term or you may cancel.

  • An automatic monthly payment will be charged on the 1st of every month or you can make a one-time payment in full.

  • Your membership must be active to receive exclusive benefits

  • Membership fees may not be paid with Gift Cards or Certificates

  • Please provide a 48 hour notice for cancellations

  • Your first treatment of the month is included in your monthly membership. Any treatments thereafter, will be paid by the client at a member discounted rate.

  • A cancellation fee of $50 will be applied if cancelled before the end of 12 month term. All membership cancellations require a written notice by the 20th of the month.
